1go believes gaming is a form of entertainment. We want every member to enjoy games within healthy limits. On this page, you'll find all the responsible gaming tools and support information you need.
Stay in control of your gaming experience
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. You'll never have to worry about going over budget.
Set how long you want to play in a single session. You'll receive an automatic alert or be logged out when the time is up.
Once you've lost a set amount, no further bets can be placed. This tool protects you from significant losses.
Take a gaming break lasting anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Request a full account suspension for a period of 6 months to 5 years. A cooling period applies before the account can be reopened.
If you have any concerns about gaming, 1go's responsible gaming team is available around the clock to help.
Responsible gaming means keeping gaming as a source of entertainment — not a way to escape financial problems or stress. 1go always wants its members to play in a healthy way.
Gaming is most enjoyable when you know when to stop. Sticking to a budget, accepting losses, and not making gaming your only pastime — these three principles keep gaming genuinely fun.
1go never wants any member to face financial hardship or damage their family relationships. That's why we provide tools to help you monitor and control your gaming habits.
Before you start, decide how much you're willing to spend. Treat that amount as the cost of entertainment — like any other leisure activity.
Decide in advance how long you'll play each day. Set a timer — when it goes off, stop playing.
"I have to win back what I lost" — this is the most dangerous thought. If you're losing, stop playing for the day.
Gaming shouldn't be your only form of entertainment. Make time for family, friends, and hobbies.
Avoid playing when you're feeling down, under the influence, or under a lot of stress.
Never play with borrowed money or funds set aside for essential needs.
Contact the support team to activate these tools
After logging in, go to Account Settings or contact support via live chat. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
Limit decreases take effect right away. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period — this is intentional, to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Start with a lower limit and adjust gradually as you get a better sense of your habits.
If you feel like you need a break, activate a cooling-off period. During this time, you won't be able to log in. Available durations are 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks.
Support can assist with urgent payment-related matters during a cooling-off period, but gaming cannot be reactivated.
Your account cannot be reactivated before the cooling-off period ends.
If you feel gaming has become an addiction, request self-exclusion. You can choose a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
During self-exclusion, your account will be fully suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Reactivating after the period ends is subject to an additional cooling period.
Self-exclusion is an important step. Choosing to use it is a sign of courage, not weakness.
At regular intervals, 1go will remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've spent. Keeping this notification on makes it easier to stay aware.
Set your own reality check frequency — every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. You can change or turn it off at any time.
Start with a 30-minute reminder so you have a chance to check in with yourself.
Gaming addiction develops gradually. If you notice the following signs, it's time to be cautious and seek support.
Money meant for family needs or personal emergencies is being spent on gaming.
Gaming is on your mind even while working, studying, or spending time with family.
"Just one more round and I'll turn it around" — continuing to play after a loss because of this mindset.
Lying to family or people close to you about your gaming habits or spending.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you can't play.
Borrowing from friends, family, or financial institutions to fund gaming.
